Changelog

What changed on TulipLot, newest first.

— Companion 1.2.0 on the Chrome Web Store; internal links

  • TulipLot Companion 1.2.0 is live on the Chrome Web Store. The "Install TulipLot Companion" button opens the listing.
  • Every internal link on the site now points at the canonical URL with a trailing slash, with no redirect hop.
  • Public site: llms.txt, per-post share cards, a changelog page, and richer structured data.

— Companion 1.2.0 and a full-size try grid

  • TulipLot Companion 1.2.0: the header rule is now scoped to open dashboard tabs. Sites you enable, such as YouTube, render live in the grid.
  • The /try page renders its six cells at the same size as the signed-in dashboard.

— Google sign-in fix, per-site enable, ads.txt

  • Google sign-in works again. A session save failed after a successful Google login.
  • The Companion (1.1.0) asks for the per-site host grant from the cell after installation. Before, install alone unlocked nothing.
  • ads.txt carries the real AdSense publisher id.

— Comparison pages and a start-page listicle

  • New posts: TulipLot vs Toby, TulipLot vs Workona, TulipLot vs start.me, and The best start pages in 2026. Every competitor number comes from each vendor's own pages.

— Try without an account; new guides and posts

  • New /try page: two live cells, no signup. Your cells move into a free account when you create one.
  • New guide: Why some sites won't load in a dashboard. New posts: How to view multiple websites at once, Gmail and Google Calendar side by side, What is a browser start page.
  • The four original guides and posts grew to 800–1,500 words each. Every post has a banner image. Articles link to each other under "Keep reading".

— Search and share polish

  • Share cards for every page, structured data (FAQ, Article, SoftwareApplication), a real 404 page, and clean canonical URLs.

— TulipLot launches

  • tuliplot.com is live: a fixed 3×2 grid of live websites in one tab. Free: five usable cells plus one ad cell. Premium: six cells, no ad, $4 a month.
